If more NHS managers would adopt some of the theories explored on the vital signs programme into their leadership style, the health service would become a more people and patient focused service. 

This course arrived for me at a time when I felt like giving up, however it has provided me with a range of tools and renewed energy to keep going and finish the task. 

The programme encourages the practical application of a number of theories, which for many participants have been learned over a period of time. Theory can be very different to the practical application and this course encourages the transfer and applicability into the work place

An increasing part of the Development Consultancy portfolio is providing support to organisations wishing to undertake independent reviews of existing services. These tend to involve analysis of working arrangements rather than a technical review of direct service provision.
